ValueOne is looking for a Transport Administrator for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry in Västerås. The assignment starts immediately and runs until March 2026 with the possibility of extension.

About the role
As a Transport Administrator, you will work with booking transports, managing export and freight documents, and ensuring that all documentation is correct and complete to enable smooth deliveries. You will play an important role in supporting the logistics flow and ensuring that deliveries occur as planned.

Main responsibilities:

  • Book domestic and international transports.
  • Inform internal stakeholders when orders are ready to be shipped.
  • Create and manage export and freight documents, including documents for chambers of commerce or embassies.
  • Create and code freight invoices and advance invoices in SAP and ensure that reimbursements are processed correctly.
  • Ensure that export declarations can be created and that necessary information is available.
  • Monitor order status and delivery delays and report discrepancies internally.
  • Contribute to improvement work within the logistics flow and report system issues.

Experience and qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in transport administration, forwarding, or work within export and logistics. You have a good understanding of export and customs handling and are accustomed to working in Excel as well as SAP or similar business systems. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have a YH education in forwarding, customs, or logistics, as well as previous experience from the manufacturing industry or international logistics.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
